Course attendance matrix
Course attendance is easier to review when every learner has one row and every meeting has its own minutes and percentage columns. Start with the roster, add interval-detail meeting exports, and map identities. Rejoining intervals that overlap are counted only once. Unmatched names appear in a separate report so you can add explicit aliases and rerun without accidental merges.

Output and limitations
Combine Teams or Zoom attendance intervals with a class roster. Export minutes and percentages for each session, merging overlapping join and leave intervals.
Use interval-detail exports, not duration-only summaries. Map identity, join and leave headers. Roster matching ignores letter case but never guesses names. Add explicit alias=roster identity lines for unmatched attendees. Percentages use the first join to last leave in each report.

Where are my files processed?
Selected files are processed in your browser. Importing a URL uses the download service to retrieve the remote file.
What if processing fails?
Check the supported formats and file limits, then try a smaller file. Keep an original copy. A clear error message will explain an unsupported input or an unavailable processing service.
