    PDF review response tracker

A response tracker keeps reviewer comments, replies, assigned owners and responses together outside the PDF. Extract a review round, edit the response fields, and save the CSV. For the next round, upload that tracker with the new annotated document. Stable annotation IDs preserve your work; uncertain and missing matches remain visible for manual review.

    How to use this tool

    1. Choose your source file, drag it into the upload area, or import a direct public file URL.
    2. Review the settings and create your result.
    3. Download and check the output before using it.

    Supported input formats

    • PDF

    Output and limitations

Use one PDF or XFDF review round and optionally a previous tracker CSV. Only embedded annotations can be extracted; flattened page text is not a comment. Stable comment IDs retain responses. Missing comments remain open for review rather than being marked resolved.

    Where are my files processed?

Selected files are processed in your browser. Importing a URL uses the download service to retrieve the remote file.

    What if processing fails?

Check the supported formats and file limits, then try a smaller file. Keep an original copy. A clear error message will explain an unsupported input or an unavailable processing service.
