Browser processing

Browser-based tools process selected files locally without uploading them for conversion. Processing code and OCR language data download from this site when needed. URL import is a separate server request, even for browser tools.

Server processing and deletion

Server tools upload inputs when you start processing. The service gives the browser a private job token to retrieve the result. Keep this token private. Jobs expire 10 minutes after creation; the cleanup task runs every 30 seconds. After retrieving a result, the browser requests deletion of the server job. If that request fails, automatic expiration remains in place.

Cancel requests termination and removal of the server job. Original files on your device are not modified. Copies you download remain on your device until you delete them.

Importing a public URL

The download service retrieves the URL you provide and returns its contents to your browser. The remote website receives the request from the service. Imported bytes are not stored as a conversion job, but a server tool may upload them later when you begin processing. Do not include credentials or private access tokens in URLs.

Checking public links

The broken-link checker requests the supplied public webpage and up to 30 linked destinations. Those websites receive requests from the processing service. Private network addresses are blocked.

Connection data and storage

This version has no account system, advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts. The processing service uses client connection information for rate limiting. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, request times and security logs. The host, log retention period and processing locations must be confirmed before public launch.

Job tokens are held in the active page session. The application does not intentionally store uploaded files or job tokens in cookies or browser local storage. Browser caching may retain website assets; downloaded files follow your device settings.

Purposes and privacy requests

File contents are used to perform the processing you request. Connection information supports delivery, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. If you contact support, the information you choose to send is used to respond to your request.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to processing, request portability or complain to a data protection authority. Contact the operator using the contact page. We may need information to verify and locate a request; do not send private files or job tokens unless a secure process has been agreed.

Policy updates

This notice must be reviewed when hosting, analytics, advertising or file-handling practices change. The operator details, applicable legal bases, service providers, international transfer arrangements and support-message retention will be finalized before launch.
