Using the tools
Use OpenToolDesk only with files and URLs you are authorized to process. Do not submit unlawful material, attempt to access other users’ results, bypass limits or interfere with the service.
Your files and results
You retain any rights you already hold in your input files. You authorize the processing needed to carry out your request. Using a converter does not grant rights to third-party material contained in a file. Keep your originals and check the generated results.
Accuracy and technical checks
Conversions may change layout, metadata, colors or format-specific information. Calculators and engineering checks evaluate the data and assumptions you provide; they do not inspect equipment or establish safety, regulatory compliance or fitness for manufacturing. Obtain qualified review where the result affects people, equipment or important decisions.
Availability and limits
Tools, supported formats and limits may change. Processing can fail because of unsupported files, capacity or device limitations. Temporary server downloads are not permanent storage.
Responsibility
The tools are provided without a promise that every result will be complete, accurate or suitable for your purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable operator and jurisdiction details will be confirmed before launch.
Privacy and changes
File handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page. Contact the operator with questions before using a tool if these rules are unclear.
